Japanese Journal of Applied Entomology and Zoology

The Japanese Society of Applied Entomology and Zoology (JSAEZ) publishes the English-language international journal Applied Entomology and Zoology (AEZ) and the Japanese Journal of Applied Entomology and Zoology (JJAEZ). Both journals are published quarterly, in February, May, August, and November. These journals publish original research papers, reviews, and technical notes; they are cited in Current Contents. Impact factors for both journals are available from Journal Citation Reports, and their articles are listed in the Web of Science database.
JJAEZ publishes the results of fundamental and applied research as well as reviews to promote advances in the fields of applied entomology and zoology with special reference to Japan. The journal publishes articles on current entomological and zoological research in the related fields of agricultural, medical, and ecological sciences. Thus, JJAEZ is an important platform for recent work in these fields in Japan. Contributions to JJAEZ are made by researchers in universities, national research institutes, prefectural research stations, and private industry, increasing the breadth and diversity of its content.
