- 当分野では、この度、AMEDプログラム「ベトナムにおける振興・ 再興感染症研究推進プロジェクト」の特任助教として，ベトナム・ハノイ市の国立衛生疫学研究所(National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology, NIHE)内⻑崎大学ベトナムプロジェクト拠点に駐在して感染症媒介節足動物に関する研究を行う若手研究者を求めています。
- We are currently recruiting a young researcher to work as an Assistant Professor in the AMED Program "Study on Emerging and Re-emerging Infectious Diseases in Vietnam" at the Nagasaki University Vietnam Research Station in the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology (NIHE), Hanoi, Vietnam.

- 応募資格：
- 1. 日本およびベトナムの教職員や学生との円滑なコミュニケーションが取れること、あるいはコミュニケーションを取るための努力ができること。国内外を問わず、拠点を利用する共同研究者のサポートも仕事に含まれているため、必要な能力です。
- 2. 国際共同研究者と研究するため、英語での積極的なコミュニケーションが可能であること。
- 3. 分子生物学分野での実験および解析経験を持つこと、または病原体感受性実験の経験を持つこと。
- 4. 昆虫学・行動学・生態学・進化学・分子生物学のいずれかに精通し、これらの分野のテーマで博士号(PhD)を取得していること。
- Qualifications:
- 1. The applicant must have the ability to communicate smoothly with faculty staff and students in Japan and Vietnam, or the ability to make efforts to do so. This is a necessary ability since the work includes supporting our collaborators who visit the research station.
- 2. Applicant must be able to communicate actively in English with international collaborators involved in the project.
- 3. Applicant must have experience in laboratory experiments and analyses in the field of molecular biology or experience in vector competence assessment.
- 4. Applicant must have familiarity with entomology, ethology, ecology, evolution, or molecular biology, and a doctoral degree (PhD) in a topic in one of these fields.

- Salary: To be paid under the Pay Regulation of Nagasaki University.
