Participation Fee
- Conference: ¥500
- Social Gathering: ¥6,000 (¥3,000 for students, non-regular staff, and unemployed participants)

* Fees may be slightly adjusted depending on the number of participants.

Presentation Format
- Oral presentations only; no online participation available
- Each presentation: 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for Q and A (total 15 minutes)
- Please bring a computer that supports HDMI with your presentation file saved on it
- After your talk, please act as chair for the following presentation
